Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026.
Draft for review. This page has not been approved yet and is not legal advice.
This site is operated by Undaunted Business LLC of Fort Myers, Florida (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit unbelievablesuccess.com, use the contact form, or email us, and what we do with it.
Visiting the site
The site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it has no accounts. Apart from the contact page (see “Google reCAPTCHA” below), it sets no cookies. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, handles standard technical details (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site, and gives us only summary traffic reports.
Buying the books
Nothing is sold on this site. Links to Amazon and the audiobook stores take you to their sites, where their own terms and privacy policies apply. Those stores do not share your name, address, or payment details with us.
Using the contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, and message go to our server at Amazon Web Services, which emails them to John’s inbox. The site keeps no copy. Our server’s logs record only whether a message was sent, never your name, email address, or message, and are deleted after 90 days.
Google reCAPTCHA
To keep automated spam out, the contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA. It collects information about your browser and device, may set Google cookies, and sends that information to Google, together with your IP address, so Google can judge whether a person is using the form. Your message is not sent to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. No other page uses reCAPTCHA.
Emailing us
If you write to info@unbelievablesuccess.com directly, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. Whether you use the form or email, we use your message only to reply, and we never add you to a mailing list.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for marketing.
